Return & Refund Policy

At Bobbymart.store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is significantly different from what was described on our website.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, manuals, and invoices (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Products showing signs of use or misuse.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).

  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Bobbymart.store will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your request quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Photos of the package (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
